We have formulated each of our loose leaf teas to aid in your daily wellness. From hormone support, sinus & allergy relief, to classic black tea as well as a restful nights sleep we know you will love these special blends.
Directions: Heat 1-2 cups of water. Brew 1-2 tsp Tea Blend \ for 5-10 minutes. Add honey ( or sweetener of your choice ) and enjoy.
