How to use:
Apply around nose & gently massage on bottoms of feet & chest as needed for relief. For best results we suggest after a warm bath/shower dry your feet and apply Just Breathe to the bottoms of your feet while they are warm. Slip on a pair of clean cotton socks and let the congestion relief begin. Take care to avoid getting water inside the tube as it is a preservative free formula and could incur bacteria growth over time.
